ADHD Coaching for Success

What is it?

I provide ADHD Coaching for Success, which means that I work collaboratively with adults with Attention Deficit Disorder / Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in order to determine the most beneficial habits, systems, and tools. The goal is to empower you to have greater control of your life, short term and long term. Specifically, it is critical that your ADHD symptoms NOT be in control of your daily productivity and achievements, or your future.

Do any of these sound familiar to you?

“I can’t seem to start, I feel stuck or overwhelmed”

“I know I could achieve so much more if I stopped putting things off and wasting time”

“It’s so difficult to stick with a routine and be consistent over time”

These are common feelings for those with ADHD, including individuals that have by all accounts achieved great success. I will work with you to find ways to overcome these feelings and take action towards building momentum.

To simplify: ADHD / ADD manifests differently in different people, and we combine individual needs with the science of productivity and the latest ADHD research.

*We will work with people with ADHD / ADD symptoms who have not been formally diagnosed.

Successful coaching is predicated on finding a coach that is a good fit for you. If you are ready to work with a coach, get in touch and we can book a no-obligation mini ADHD / ADD coaching session.

ADHD Success Coaching

This program begins with a deep dive session with a focus on determining your needs, assessing how ADHD/ADD presents in you, as well as getting to know how you like to work. We will have three sessions a month, accompanied with accountability check-ins and weekly assignments.  I provide a three month (renewable) package that will be customized to target your specific issues and get you moving forward and accomplishing more than ever.

You can change and dramatically improve your ability to consistently reach excellent results. The ADHD/ADD doesn’t need to win. As someone who has ADHD I understand the difficulties that can arise with consistency and motivation over-time, or feeling overwhelmed, and these specific issues are integrated into the program.

Blunt aside… If you have ADHD / ADD you probably get bored easily. This won’t be boring because I can’t stand being bored either.

My ADHD Story

Like so many women I didn’t get diagnosed until I was an adult, and then it took a while for me to understand how much it had impacted my life, and how it was still impacting my life. Immersing myself in the science and research has been exciting and I have never felt so in control of what I can accomplish in a day. Literally life altering.

ADHD is horribly named. It is not a deficit of attention it is a disorder of the brain related to executive function.

ADHD is consistently under-diagnosed and under-treated in women, especially when hyperactivity and behavior problems are absent.
